Family: first shifts, store managers, the climb from the counter to owning the place. We write them the way a local paper would. A place, a date, a name, a number. If we cannot prove it, we do not print it. Under the stories is the family album — grand openings, contest afternoons, hockey sponsorships and Main Street mornings, from one grill in Guelph in 2011 to our newest counters in the North.
