We do not run a job board. We hire town by town, when a store needs someone, and the family that owns that store does the hiring. So the fastest way in is to walk into the Sam's Grill nearest you and ask, or email that store directly — every town's address and email is on our locations page. What the work is: pressing patties in the morning, cutting potatoes, spinning shakes, learning the regulars' names. Fifteen to twenty-five people work at each store, and more than two hundred across the system. First jobs for students, steady shifts for parents, management for people who want it. The ladder is real and it is short: first shift, shift lead, store manager, partner. The manager in Cambridge started on fries. Several of our partner families started behind a counter, not in an office. No experience needed — we will teach you the press.
