Step 3 of 3: consent and send One last thing Then it goes to the store and you get your link.
When you send this in, it goes to the family-run company that operates the Sam's Grill you applied to — they are the ones hiring, and they would be your employer. Sam's Grill head office can see it too, so we can make sure you actually get an answer.
We use what you tell us for one thing only: deciding whether to offer you work. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you applied.
No computer decides anything here. We show the manager how your availability lines up with the shifts they need, and that is all it is — a comparison, not a score. A person reads your application and a person makes the call.
If we do not hire you, we keep your application for twelve months in case something opens up that suits you better, then it goes. If we do hire you, the careers copy is anonymised two years later — your employment records are separate and follow their own rules.
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or pull your application back at any time using the link we email you. Pull it back and that is final — we will not quietly reopen it.
You can apply from age 14. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you have applied, because they may need to sign off before you can start. If you are under 16 we will only ever email you about this application — nothing else, ever.
If you start the form and do not finish, whatever you typed is deleted after fourteen days and no manager ever sees it.
